Sorry I haven’t been on lately.
I guess I should officially say that I’m on a hiatus. A short one.
I’ve been very very busy lately, and I haven’t had much time for blogging…
Hopefully I will have more free time in a couple of weeks.

Shin splints??
I just started running for real, about a month ago.
And recently I’ve been feeling a pain after running in the lower leg bone (lol medical vocabulary isn’t my thing)…and so I looked it up on google, and basically everything is saying it’s Shin Splints.
Why. Why already. I mean, I’m doing a beginner-level running regimen (Couch to 5k app). Why would this be happening to me?
It’s just really frustrating.
A body with good nutrition is never ugly.
